("Delano"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please refrain from using our platforms.

Delano takes care to capture accurate product photography, color hues, and fabric compositions. However, because our ethnic garments incorporate traditional hand-dyeing, hand-block printing, gota patti stitching, and handloom weaving:

• Slight variations in weave texture, motif placement, and color shade (+/- 5%) are natural characteristics of authentic handcrafted garments and shall not be deemed manufacturing defects.
• Display colors may vary depending on individual monitor calibrations and mobile screen settings.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase apparel subject to item availability and address verification:

• All prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of obvious catalog pricing errors or stock inventory glitches.
• All orders are processed securely via verified digital payment gateways at the time of checkout.

All content on the Delano website—including digital imagery, garment designs, brand logo, typography, interface layouts, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Delano Ecommerce India Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Delano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. In all events, Delano's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order under dispute.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
