1. Delivery Fees & Pricing Transparency
We provide free standard shipping across India on all orders. All shipping and delivery charges are already included in the product display price, so there are zero additional delivery fees applied at checkout.
2. Shipping Address & Contact Information
Patrons are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details including flat/building number, street name, landmark, city, state, pincode, and an active mobile number.
Address modifications are permitted only within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing delanoecommerce@gmail.com or editing details in your account dashboard.
3. Split Shipments
If your order comprises multiple items (e.g. ready-to-wear kurtis along with custom artisan sarees), items may dispatch from different regional atelier facilities. In such cases, you will receive individual AWB tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional shipping cost.
4. Returned to Origin (RTO) Policy
If a parcel cannot be delivered after 3 courier attempts due to customer unreachability, incorrect address details, or delivery refusal, the parcel is flagged as Return to Origin (RTO).
- For orders returned to us as RTO, our concierge team will contact you to confirm a secondary delivery date or address correction.
- If uncontactable within 7 days, a store credit note or refund equal to the order value will be processed to your account.
