At Delano, we believe in 100% pricing transparency. All listed garment prices on our platform include shipping and handling fees. You will never encounter unexpected delivery surcharges or hidden adjustments at checkout. What you see on the product page is the final payable total.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders are processed at our central fulfillment warehouse in Mumbai from Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays):
- Ready-to-Ship Apparel: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST are verified and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST are dispatched on the next working day.
- Handcrafted / Made-to-Order Couture: Garments requiring custom embroidery, zari work, or tailoring take 7 to 10 working days for artisan creation before dispatch.

4. Packaging Standards & Transit Safety
Every garment undergoes a multi-point quality check before being placed inside a breathable garment sleeve, wrapped in protective tissue, and sealed within a tamper-proof outer polybag. If your package appears punctured or unsealed upon delivery, do not accept delivery. Take a quick photo of the outer condition and inform our support team immediately.
5. Live Tracking & Courier Updates
As soon as your shipment is picked up by our courier partners, an automated SMS and Email notification is sent to your registered contact containing the tracking AWB number. You can monitor live transit checkpoints directly on our Track Order page.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: Address modifications are permitted within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order reaches the courier manifest stage, address changes cannot be executed.

A: Courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times on consecutive days. The delivery agent will call your registered phone number prior to arrival.
